Songs for the Soul - Coming August 2012

It’s been 3 years since my last album was released on iTunes and I’ve been still recording songs on and off the past two years. This collection of compositions embodies a new leap in technologies, style and soundscapes that I feel accurately depicts a walk in my shoes over the past two years. Through my highs and lows, the music has always been a way for me to deal with emotions by way of song, and though not a traditional genre, I see my music as a form of art. I want to take people’s minds away to a world in which they’ve never been before, deliver a message of faith and hope, and then somewhere in this state of meditation they can discover something new about themselves they didn’t see before. Taking many inspirations from the great improvised artists like Vangelis, Tangerine Dream, Moby, Mike Oldfield, Imogen Heap and Ryan Farish, I have spent countless hours mastering a sound for the third album that I can only describe as retro.

The album is now available on all major markets online including; iTunes, Android, Emuisc, Rhapsody, Amazon, Google Music Store, iHeartRadio, Spotify, Last.fm, Nokia, Zune. MySpace Music and more!

Simple Faith [Remastered] Now on iTunes

// May 6th, 2010 // No Comments » // Joe's Blog

It’s finally happened, and it’s a dream that I thought would never come true. Not only to have my 2nd album on iTunes which is all my current compositions and musical works, I now have Simple Faith as well. Simple Faith is a very special album to me, because it documents my first years of music making from 1998-2004. Through college and even post college era, I was composing music nonstop. This period of my life is where some of my brightest and enchanting melodies were composed and recorded.

Simple Faith [Remastered] is a remastering and new production of the original tracks from the first release of Simple Faith back in 2004. Now, newly mastered tracks featured new mixes that bring out full synthesized soundscapes and add new light to some older collective works. As an added bonus, this [Remastered] edition of Simple Faith adds four new songs: What Goes Around Come Around, Meat Grinder and new 10 year anniversary remix and remake of the Simple Faith song and finally an instrumental piano solo which showcases the melody from “Love, Life & Redemption’s” Cosmic Romance (Alex Mix) dance track.
